1. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of California who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid driver's license. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of United Nissan-Imperial (the "Sponsor"), their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM PST on October 15, 2025 and ends at 6:00 PM PST on October 31, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit United Nissan-Imperial located at 2361 CA-86, Imperial, CA 92251 during normal business hours and complete a test drive of any vehicle. Upon completion of test drive, eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/household and maximum five (5) entries per person per day. Multiple entries from the same person/household beyond stated limits will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing a test drive, hand print your name, complete address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a sealed envelope to: United Nissan-Imperial Ultimate Giveaway, 2361 CA-86, Imperial, CA 92251. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2025 and received by November 7, 2025.
4. PRIZES
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) two-year lease on a new Nissan Sentra, including Nissan's 2-year/24,000-mile maintenance plan. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $8,400. Winner must meet Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation credit approval requirements. Winner responsible for all taxes, title, registration, insurance, excess mileage charges (at $0.15 per mile over 24,000 miles), excess wear and tear charges, disposition fee, and any other costs not specifically included. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash redemption value. If winner does not meet credit requirements, an alternate winner will be selected.
SECOND PRIZE (1): Four (4) pairs of SeaWorld tickets (8 tickets total). ARV: $800. Tickets subject to SeaWorld terms and conditions. No cash value. Non-transferable.
THIRD PRIZE (1): $100 cash. ARV: $100.
Total ARV of all prizes: $9,300
5. WINNER SELECTION
On or about November 3, 2025, three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Grand Prize winner must respond to notification within seventy-two (72) hours and must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS W-9 form within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Second and Third Prize winners must respond within seven (7) days or prize will be forfeited. Up to three (3) attempts will be made to contact each potential winner.
7. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. Prizes valued at $600 or more will be reported to the IRS and winners will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Winners may be required to provide Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor and its designees the perpetual right to use their name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or biographical information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Nissan North America, Inc., SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any disputes shall be resolved individually without resort to class action; (2) claims shall be resolved exclusively by United States federal or state courts located in Imperial County, California; (3) claims shall be governed by California law; (4) entrant waives rights to punitive, incidental, and consequential damages; and (5) entrant may not seek injunctive relief.
